What is Doestia?

For businesses that want to move customer and sales tracking into an organized system and make use of Odoo underneath.

Doestia is a multi-tenant CRM where businesses keep their customer, sales opportunity and quote records. Each business works in its own workspace, while the data is stored and processed in Odoo on the back end.

The sales team starts the day with a list of open opportunities and records call notes and next steps. Managers see opportunities by stage and the status of quotes in the same interface, and the link to accounting and inventory records in Odoo stays intact.

Business application

Customer records, sales opportunities, activities and quotes are managed through a simple web interface. Users handle their daily work there without having to open Odoo screens.

Separate workspace per business

Each business works in its own workspace, and its data is kept apart from the others. Users, roles and permissions are defined within the workspace.

Odoo integration

Records are written to and read from the Odoo back end through its API. This keeps CRM data in the same place as Odoo modules such as invoicing and inventory.
