What is Lirdo?
For real estate agencies and agents who want to keep track of their portfolio and client requests in an orderly way.
Lirdo is real estate software for managing an agency's property portfolio, client requests and viewing records. Every property for sale or rent has its own portfolio card and is matched against what clients are looking for.
In the morning, an agent sees new requests and the properties that fit them, calls the client and books a viewing. The client's feedback is recorded after the viewing, and when listing details change they are pushed to property portals.

01Portfolio cards
Each property is recorded with location, floor area, number of rooms, price, title deed status and photos. The date of the listing agreement with the owner is kept on the card.
02Client request matching
Client criteria such as area, budget and number of rooms are saved. Matching properties are listed, and the assigned agent is notified when a new property that fits is added.
03Viewing records
Records which property was shown to which client and when, along with the client's feedback. A signed viewing form can be printed.
04Export to property portals
Property details and photos are prepared in the format property portals require. When the price changes, listings are updated from one place.
