What is Akadema?

Akadema is an education platform for managing course content, student progress and exams in one place. Instructors split courses into modules, and students complete them in order.

At the start of the week the teacher uploads the new lesson and assignment and sets the due date. Students watch the video and submit the assignment, the teacher grades it, and the grade appears in the student's panel.

Course management

Courses are built as modules made up of videos, documents and assignments. Modules can be scheduled to open on a set date.

Student panel

Students see their current courses, due dates and grades on one screen. Completed modules are reflected in a progress bar.

Assessment

Multiple-choice tests are scored automatically, and open-ended assignments are read and graded by the instructor. Average results are reported per class.
