What is Bolvu?
For boutique clothing and accessory stores that sell both in a physical store and online.
Bolvu is an e-commerce platform for boutique clothing stores that handles stock by size and color, promotions and shipping. In-store and online sales draw from the same stock record.
During the day, store staff pack incoming online orders and print shipping labels from the system. Counter sales come out of the same stock, and at the end of the season discount and coupon campaigns are set up from the panel.

01Size and color variants
Every size and color combination of a product has its own stock code. Sizes that sell out can no longer be selected on the site.
02Promotions and coupons
Campaigns such as category discounts, discounts on a second item and coupon codes are set up for a date range. Coupon usage and the sales it generated are reported.
03Shipping integration
When an order is confirmed, a shipment is created with the carrier and a label is printed. The tracking number is sent to the customer automatically.
04Store and online stock
Sales at the store till and web orders are deducted from the same stock. That way, the last item sold in the store is not sold again online.
