What is Stokvia?
For trading businesses that hold goods across several warehouses or shelves and want fewer stock discrepancies.
Stokvia is an inventory management system that tracks warehouses, shelves and stock movements by barcode. Every movement from goods receipt to shipment is recorded by scanning with a handheld terminal or a phone.
In the morning, warehouse staff check incoming goods against the delivery note, scan them and put them on shelves. During the day, orders are prepared from picking lists, and in the evening the low-stock report goes to purchasing.

01Warehouse management
Warehouse, aisle and shelf locations are defined, so you know which shelf each item is on. Transfers between warehouses are made with a transfer slip.
02Barcode workflows
Goods receipt, picking, shipping and stock counts are done by scanning barcodes. Scanning the wrong item or too many units triggers a warning on screen.
03Stock reports
Items below their minimum level, slow-moving stock and count discrepancies are reported. Reports can be downloaded as Excel files.
