What is Doesta PMS?
For hotels and accommodation businesses that want to run reservations, front office and folios in one system.
Doesta PMS is a hotel management application for reservations, room status, stays and folio transactions. The front office, housekeeping and accounting work from the same data, and the back-end API is open for connecting other systems.
During the day, reception handles check-ins and check-outs from the on-screen list and posts charges to rooms. Housekeeping marks rooms as cleaned, and at night the end-of-day process posts room charges to folios and produces the daily report.

01Hotel management
Reservations, the room plan, check-in, check-out and guest folios are managed in one application. Occupancy, availability by room type and daily revenue are tracked on screen.
02Operational screens
There are separate screens for the front office, housekeeping and accounting. Housekeeping staff update a room's status to dirty, clean or out of order, and reception sees the change right away.
03API development
Reservation, room and folio operations are exposed through a REST API. Systems such as channel managers, guest apps and accounting software connect through it.
