What is Doesta Pro?

For hotels that want to handle guest requests through a recorded workflow instead of phone calls and paper.

Doesta Pro is a guest app that lets hotel guests place requests from their room by phone and routes each request to the right department. Room service, bellboy calls, minibar, laundry, massage bookings and the daily menu are all in the same app, and an AI assistant answers guests' questions.

A guest checks the day's menu in the morning, books a massage for the evening or asks for laundry pickup. The request shows up immediately on the housekeeping, kitchen or spa panel, a staff member takes it, and the guest is notified when it is done.

Guest app

Guests sign in with their room number and send room service orders, bellboy, minibar refill, laundry and massage requests from the app. The daily menu and hotel information are shown there, and questions can be put to the AI assistant.

Department panels

The kitchen, housekeeping, front office, spa and maintenance each see only their own requests. Staff take a request, update its status and close it as completed.

Request and service management

The service list, prices, opening hours and menu content are edited from the admin panel. The system records when each request was opened and how many minutes it took to close.
