What is Kirdu?

For restaurants, grocery stores and courier companies that deliver with their own couriers.

Kirdu is a courier app that dispatches orders to couriers, tracks their location and records delivery with a photo. Couriers sign out their equipment at the start of the shift, and orders are assigned by zone and sequence.

During the day, the dispatcher hands out pending orders to couriers and follows them on the map. At delivery the courier takes a photo or asks the recipient for a confirmation code, and at the end of the day earnings are calculated from the number of packages and distance.

Order dispatch

Incoming orders are assigned to a suitable courier by address and zone. Orders going the same way can be combined into one run.

Live courier location

Couriers' locations and the number of packages they are carrying are shown on the map. The courier's estimated arrival time can be shared with the customer.

Delivery confirmation and photo

At delivery the courier photographs the package or gets a confirmation code from the recipient. For failed deliveries, a reason is selected and a return to the depot is logged.

Courier earnings report

Reports packages delivered, kilometers driven and cash collected per courier. Signed-out equipment and cash discrepancies are also shown in the report.
