What is Rotavio?

For wholesalers, manufacturers and logistics companies that make daily deliveries with their own vehicles.

Rotavio is a logistics system for distribution businesses that combines route planning, delivery tracking and a driver app. At the start of the day, deliveries are split across vehicles and sent to each driver as an ordered route.

The operations manager uploads the orders in the morning, reviews the routes the system suggests and assigns them to vehicles. During the day, vehicle locations and completed addresses are followed on a map, and undelivered orders come back with the reason attached.

Route planning

Delivery addresses are split into routes based on vehicle capacity and time windows. Planners can change the stop order or move an address to another vehicle.

Delivery tracking

Each delivery's status, whether in transit, delivered or returned, is updated in real time. Customers can be sent an estimated arrival time.

Driver app

Drivers see the day's route in order on their phone and switch to navigation. They collect a signature or photo at delivery and pick a reason when something goes wrong.
