Electronics & hardware development

We handle circuit design from schematic capture through to multilayer PCB layout. Power supply, signal integrity, thermal and electromagnetic compatibility are addressed at the design stage. We deliver production-ready Gerber files and assembly drawings.

We select processor, power and communication components based on the product's function, cost target and operating conditions. For parts with long lead times or a risk of going end-of-life, we prepare a list of alternates. We submit a hardware architecture document showing how the blocks connect for your approval.

We have the board produced and assembled in small quantities and do the first bring-up in our lab. Each function is measured against defined test steps, and any issues found go into the next revision. If needed, we 3D print enclosures and mechanical parts for a physical prototype.

We integrate sensors such as temperature, humidity, current and distance, and peripherals such as displays, motors and relays. We set up communication over interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, RS485 and CAN and define the calibration steps. If you have an existing device, we can also design an interface board that works with it.
