01Machine and sensor integration
We visit your site to see what data your existing machines can provide and which protocols they support. We collect counter, temperature, vibration and status data through protocols such as Modbus, Profinet and OPC UA, or with additional sensors. For older machines, we recommend intermediate hardware that makes data collection possible.
02PLC / HMI and control applications
We write the PLC program to match the process requirements and design the HMI screens operators will use. We define alarms, recipes, manual and automatic operating modes, and safety interlocks. Before commissioning, we test scenarios in simulation and with dry runs on site.
03Production, energy and condition monitoring
We build screens that track production counts, downtime, scrap and energy use in real time, per line and per machine. Operators can code the reasons for downtime, and shift and period reports are generated automatically. When a set threshold is crossed, the responsible person is notified.
04Data flow between ERP and shop floor systems
We transfer shop floor data into your ERP as production entries, consumption and stock movements. We also connect in the other direction so ERP work orders appear on machine and operator screens. That way, the same information no longer has to be entered by hand in two places.

Can you take over an existing project?
We start by reviewing the existing code, infrastructure, access and technical state. Then we set out the options for maintenance, improvement or a rebuild, with scope and cost for each.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
Our proposals list media budget separately from campaign management and creative production fees. We set the budget with you based on your goals, and we do not promise specific sales or ranking results.
How are timelines and pricing decided?
Once requirements, integrations, deliverables and schedule are clear, we prepare a proposal with a clearly defined scope. For ongoing work, we can set up a regular working arrangement instead of a fixed project.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Maintenance, technical support, updates and new development can continue under a separate support plan or an ongoing service agreement. Response times and responsibilities are set out in the proposal.
