What is Biletika?

For organizers and venues running concerts, theater, festivals and seminars.

Biletika is an events system that combines an event page, ticket sales and entry control at the door. The organizer sets up the event, the seating plan and ticket categories, and sales open online.

During the sales period, the organizer checks daily how many tickets have sold in each category. On the event day, door staff scan each ticket's QR code with a phone, and the same ticket cannot be used twice.

Ticket sales

Tickets are sold online with category and seat selection, and a ticket with a QR code is emailed after payment. Early-bird and group discounts can be set up.

Event panel

Event details, the seating plan, capacities and sales reports are managed from the panel. Refund and change requests are handled there as well.

Entry control

Door staff scan tickets with the mobile app and immediately see whether a ticket is valid, already used or invalid. The number of people inside is shown live on the panel.
