Dulvo is software for car rental companies that manages the fleet, reservations and rental agreements. Each vehicle card holds the plate, mileage, maintenance and insurance details, and the availability calendar is built from this.

During the day, office staff confirm reservations coming in from the website and prepare vehicles for handover. The agreement and damage form are completed at handover, and on return the mileage and fuel are checked and any extra charges are calculated.

Fleet and vehicle cards

Vehicles are recorded with plate, model, fuel type, mileage and class. The list shows which vehicles are out on rent, at the office or in service.

Online reservations

Customers book on the website by choosing dates, pickup location and vehicle class. Extras such as an additional driver or child seat are added to the price.

Agreement and handover form

The rental agreement is created with the customer's personal and driving license details. Photos of the vehicle are taken at handover and return, and damage points are marked on the form.

Maintenance and insurance tracking

Tracks service intervals by mileage, inspection dates, and expiry dates for compulsory traffic insurance and comprehensive cover. Vehicles with upcoming dates trigger a warning.
