What is Parkvia?

For operators of open and covered car parks, shopping mall car parks and residential complex parking.

Parkvia is a parking management solution that handles vehicle entries and exits, subscribers and occupancy. Entries are recorded by a license plate recognition camera or a ticket, and the fee is calculated from the duration on exit.

Attendants follow incoming and outgoing vehicles on screen throughout the day, while subscribers pass straight through the barrier. At the end of the shift the till is closed, and the owner sees the occupancy and revenue report.

Entry & exit

The plate and time are recorded on entry, and the fee is calculated from the tariff on exit. Payment is taken in cash or by card and a receipt is issued.

Subscription management

Monthly subscribers' plates, expiry dates and payments are kept on record. A subscriber whose plan has expired is treated as a paying vehicle on exit.

Space tracking

Free spaces are tracked per floor and zone. When occupancy reaches a set level, the entrance sign and the attendant screen are alerted.
