Nirdo

A solar monitoring panel that tracks panel output and faults in real time.

Discuss this product

What is Nirdo?

For owners of rooftop and ground-mounted solar plants and the companies that maintain them.

Nirdo is a monitoring panel for solar power plants that tracks panel output and faults. Inverter data is read in real time, and a warning is raised when output falls below the expected level.

In the morning, the site manager checks yesterday's output and efficiency per inverter. If a string shows a drop, the maintenance team is sent out, and at month end the energy produced and the amount fed into the grid are reported.

01

Real-time output monitoring

The plant's current power, daily output and total output are shown on screen. The production curve is compared against irradiance data.

02

Inverter connection

Data is collected from inverters of different brands and shown in one panel. Current and voltage are monitored per string for each inverter.

03

Fault and efficiency alerts

An alert is raised when an inverter reports an error code or a string's efficiency falls behind the others. Alerts can be turned into maintenance records and followed up.

04

Monthly energy report

Monthly production, consumption and energy exported to the grid are reported in kWh. The report compares each month with the same month last year.
