Vektora is an enterprise resource planning system that brings purchasing, inventory and finance records together on the same data. Every step, from opening a request to paying the invoice, moves through linked records.

A production unit or construction site opens a material request, and purchasing collects prices from suppliers and places the order. When goods arrive at the warehouse, stock goes up, the invoice reaches accounting, and the due date appears on the finance screen.

Purchasing

Material requests, price quotes, approvals and orders follow each other in sequence. The list shows which request is waiting on whose approval.

Stock movements

Goods receipts, warehouse transfers, consumption and stock count slips are posted to item records. Quantity and average cost are kept for each item per warehouse.

Finance view

Supplier invoices, due dates and payments are tracked on one screen. Upcoming payments and supplier balances are listed weekly.
