For your internal documents, we build a search tool that respects user permissions and shows each answer with its source. We decide up front which data may go to external services and which stays in-house.

We identify manual steps that keep repeating, such as approvals, notifications, record creation and reminders, and turn them into automated rules. We build trigger, condition and action chains with tools like n8n or directly in code. For each flow, we also define when it should hand off to a person for approval.

We regularly pull sales, stock, finance and operations data from different systems into a single data warehouse. From that data, we build the dashboards management checks every morning and periodic reports that go out automatically. We document how each metric is calculated so everyone is looking at the same number.

We connect the APIs of systems such as accounting, CRM, e-commerce, shipping and banking. Data mapping, retries, error logging and alerting are built into every integration. For systems without an API, we look at alternatives such as file transfer or a direct database connection.
