01ERP, CRM and work management systems
We start by mapping your current workflow with you: the spreadsheets you use and the steps your teams still do by hand. Based on that analysis, we build a system that brings customer records, quotes, orders, stock and task tracking into a single database. We migrate your existing data into the new structure so every team works from the same record.
02SaaS platforms and admin panels
For platforms that will serve multiple clients or branches, we set up a multi-tenant data model with subscription and user management. We design the admin panel's list, filter, bulk action and export screens using the terms of your business. We split the system into modules so adding a new one does not break what is already there.
03Desktop applications and operational tools
For work that needs to run on a computer rather than in a browser, we build Windows and macOS applications. This covers tools that talk to printers, barcode scanners, cash registers or devices on your local network. We can build them to keep working when the internet drops and sync with the central system once the connection is back.
04Roles, permissions and reporting
We define by role who can see which screens and who can edit or delete which records. Every critical action is logged with the user and timestamp. For managers, we prepare daily, weekly and per-branch reports with Excel and PDF export.

Can you take over an existing project?
We start by reviewing the existing code, infrastructure, access and technical state. Then we set out the options for maintenance, improvement or a rebuild, with scope and cost for each.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
Our proposals list media budget separately from campaign management and creative production fees. We set the budget with you based on your goals, and we do not promise specific sales or ranking results.
How are timelines and pricing decided?
Once requirements, integrations, deliverables and schedule are clear, we prepare a proposal with a clearly defined scope. For ongoing work, we can set up a regular working arrangement instead of a fixed project.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Maintenance, technical support, updates and new development can continue under a separate support plan or an ongoing service agreement. Response times and responsibilities are set out in the proposal.
