What is Jelvo?

For insurance agents and brokers working with more than one insurer.

Jelvo is agency software for insurance agents to manage policies, renewals, quotes and claim files. Motor third party, comprehensive car, home and health policies are kept on the customer's card with their expiry dates.

In the morning, agency staff see the list of policies coming up for renewal and call customers. They compare quotes from different insurers and present them to the customer, open a file when a customer reports a claim and follow the paperwork through.

Policy tracking

Policies are recorded with insurer, line of business, premium, start date and end date. Premium collection and commission are shown per policy.

Renewal reminders

Policies a set number of days from expiry move onto a list, and the customer gets an SMS or WhatsApp message. Renewed and lost policies are reported separately.

Quote comparison

Quotes from different insurers for the same risk are shown side by side with premiums and coverage. The chosen quote is converted into a policy.

Customer and claim files

All of a customer's policies and past claims are collected on one card. In a claim file, the loss assessment, documents and payment steps are tracked.
