What is Teklifio?

For sales teams that prepare quotes often and want to know what stage each one is at.

Teklifio is a web application that handles quote preparation, approval and sales tracking in one flow. Product and service lines are picked from a list, and discount and VAT are calculated on the quote.

After meeting a customer, the sales rep prepares the quote and, if it goes over the set discount limit, sends it for manager approval. The approved quote is sent to the customer as a PDF, and the customer's response and any revisions are kept on the quote record.

Quote builder

Lines are picked from the product list, with quantity, discount and VAT entered per line. The quote is produced as a PDF on company letterhead and stored with a revision number.

Approval flow

Quotes above a set amount or discount rate go to a manager for approval. The manager approves, rejects or sends it back with a note.

Sales tracking

Quotes are tracked through sent, in negotiation, accepted and rejected stages. Accepted quotes are converted into orders, and the win rate is reported at the end of each period.
