01Server, cloud and network setup
Depending on your needs, we choose physical servers, virtual servers or cloud services and install the operating system and services. We configure the office network, including modem, switches, wireless access points and a separate guest network. We set up VPN connections between branches.
02Deployment and monitoring infrastructure
We make sure applications are released consistently using Docker containers and an automated deployment pipeline. We set up monitoring for server resources, service status and error logs, with alerts when thresholds are crossed. If something goes wrong during a release, the steps to roll back to the previous version are ready.
03Access control, secure configuration and certificates
We limit server access to key-based login, close unnecessary ports and write firewall rules. We set user permissions on the principle of least privilege and keep secrets out of the code. SSL certificate installation and automatic renewal are also covered.
04Backup and restore plans
We set up automatic, encrypted, off-server backups for databases and files. We check at regular intervals that backups can actually be restored by doing test restores. We put together a written recovery plan that sets out who follows which steps when something fails.

Can you take over an existing project?
We start by reviewing the existing code, infrastructure, access and technical state. Then we set out the options for maintenance, improvement or a rebuild, with scope and cost for each.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
Our proposals list media budget separately from campaign management and creative production fees. We set the budget with you based on your goals, and we do not promise specific sales or ranking results.
How are timelines and pricing decided?
Once requirements, integrations, deliverables and schedule are clear, we prepare a proposal with a clearly defined scope. For ongoing work, we can set up a regular working arrangement instead of a fixed project.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Maintenance, technical support, updates and new development can continue under a separate support plan or an ongoing service agreement. Response times and responsibilities are set out in the proposal.
