01Digital transformation and technical roadmap
Through interviews, we map your current systems, manual processes and the needs of your teams. We rank what should be digitized first by cost, impact and risk. You receive a roadmap showing phases, budget ranges and dependencies.
02Software and hardware architecture review
We assess the architecture of planned or existing software for scalability, maintainability and cost. In hardware projects, we compare processor, communication and power options against product requirements. Alternatives are presented in writing with their pros and cons.
03Code, infrastructure and process review
We review the codebase for readability, test coverage, security vulnerabilities and the state of its dependencies. We check your servers, databases, backups and deployment processes and identify the risky points. Findings are ranked by severity, with what needs to be done written up for each.
04Product scope, feasibility and technical planning
We separate your product idea into must-have features and ones that can wait, and pin down the scope of the first release. We test technical feasibility, the team and time required, and any open questions with small experiments. The resulting plan is clear enough to use when requesting quotes or building a team.

Can you take over an existing project?
We start by reviewing the existing code, infrastructure, access and technical state. Then we set out the options for maintenance, improvement or a rebuild, with scope and cost for each.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
Our proposals list media budget separately from campaign management and creative production fees. We set the budget with you based on your goals, and we do not promise specific sales or ranking results.
How are timelines and pricing decided?
Once requirements, integrations, deliverables and schedule are clear, we prepare a proposal with a clearly defined scope. For ongoing work, we can set up a regular working arrangement instead of a fixed project.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Maintenance, technical support, updates and new development can continue under a separate support plan or an ongoing service agreement. Response times and responsibilities are set out in the proposal.
