What is Mirdo?
For travel agencies and tour operators selling day tours and package tours.
Mirdo is a sales platform for tour operators and travel agencies that manages tour sales, guide assignment and agency commissions. Tours are set up with dates and capacity, and sales come in from the website, hotels and agencies.
In the evening, the operations manager reviews the next day's tours, assigns guides and vehicles and prepares the pickup list by hotel. At month end, each agency's sales and the commission it has earned are reported.

01Tour sales and booking
Tours are set up with date, departure time, capacity and adult and child prices. Each sale reduces the remaining capacity and a voucher is sent to the passenger.
02Guide assignment
Each tour is assigned a guide based on language skills and availability. Guides see their own tour list and passenger count on their phone.
03Agency commission
Commission rates are set per tour for agencies and hotel sales points. A sales and commission statement is produced at the end of each period.
04Online payment
Customers booking a tour on the website pay by card, and the payment is linked to the booking. Refund amounts are calculated from the cancellation terms.
