What is Vurdo?

For companies providing VIP transfers between airports and hotels.

Vurdo is an operations panel for VIP transfer companies that handles flight tracking, driver assignment and the meet-and-greet list. Transfers from agencies are recorded with the flight number, and the schedule updates as landing times change.

The evening before, the operations manager allocates the next day's transfers to vehicles and drivers. Delayed flights are flagged in the list during the day, a job is closed once the driver meets and drops off the passenger, and an invoice report is produced for each agency at month end.

Flight tracking

Transfers are entered with the flight number, and landing times and delays are tracked. When the time changes, the assigned driver is notified.

Driver and vehicle assignment

Each transfer is assigned a vehicle and driver that match the vehicle class and capacity. Overlapping assignments trigger a warning on screen.

Meet-and-greet list

Drivers see the day's jobs on their phone with passenger name, flight, hotel and number of passengers. The name for the pickup sign comes straight from the list.

Agency and invoice reports

Completed transfers are grouped by agency, and an invoice list is produced at the end of each period. Job counts and earnings per driver are reported too.
