Ronvi is a hotel management system that brings reservations, room status and front office operations onto one screen. Reservations show up in color on the room plan, and bookings from the channel manager land on the plan automatically.

In the morning, the receptionist checks the day's arrivals and departures and closes the folios of guests checking out. The night auditor closes the day, room charges are posted to folios, and the night report goes to management.

Reservations and room plan

Reservations are entered with room type, dates, board basis and rate, and appear on the room plan. Room moves and extensions are made by dragging on the plan.

Front office, check-in / check-out

Guest ID details are collected at check-in and prepared for the KBS notification (Turkey's mandatory guest reporting system). At check-out the folio is reviewed, payment is taken and the room is passed to housekeeping as dirty.

Channel manager connections

Bookings from online sales channels are imported automatically. Availability and rate changes are sent back to the channels.

Night audit and folios

The night audit posts the day's room charges to folios and rolls the date forward. Occupancy, revenue per room and cash reports are included in the night report.
