What is Olavu?
For villa owners and rental businesses that manage more than one villa.
Olavu is a villa rental platform that combines villa listings, an availability calendar and online payment. Guests find a villa by dates and number of people, see the price and confirm the booking by paying a deposit.
Owners or rental companies follow incoming booking requests and payments from the panel during the day. Before arrival, guests are reminded of the remaining balance and the damage deposit, and the cleaning team receives the check-in and check-out list.

01Villa listing and gallery
Each villa gets its own page with number of rooms, pool, capacity, location and a photo gallery. Nightly rates by season are shown on the listing.
02Availability calendar
Booked and free days are shown on the calendar, with a minimum stay you can set. Bookings from other sites are added to the calendar to prevent double bookings.
03Online payment and deposit
The deposit is taken by card at the time of booking, and a due date is set for the balance. Payment and refund records are kept on the booking.
04Owner panel
Owners see the bookings, payments and calendar for their own villas. They can block dates themselves when they want the villa closed.
