What is Hurvi?
For fitness centers, pilates and yoga studios, and sports clubs.
Hurvi is software for gyms that manages membership sales, turnstile entry and workout programs. Members enter with a QR code, and the system checks whether their membership is valid.
Reception records new memberships and package renewals during the day. Trainers send workout programs to members through the app, and reminders go out to members with upcoming payments or expiring memberships.

01Membership and package sales
Set up and sell monthly, quarterly and annual memberships as well as class packages. Membership freezes and installment payments are recorded.
02QR turnstile entry
Members scan the QR code on their phone at the turnstile. Entry is blocked for expired memberships or members with outstanding payments, and reception is notified.
03Workout programs
Trainers build programs with exercises, sets and reps and assign them to members. Members see their program in the app and log the weights they lift.
04Payment reminders
Members with an upcoming installment or membership end date get an SMS or push notification. Overdue payments are listed on the reception screen.
