What is Mesajhane?
For clinics, salons and offices that want to reduce no-shows with WhatsApp reminders.
Mesajhane is a multi-tenant SaaS application that appointment-based businesses use to send reminders to their customers over WhatsApp. Customers confirm or cancel with a button in the message, and the reply goes straight to the business's panel.
A clinic or salon enters new appointments during the day, and reminders go out automatically at the set times. In the morning the receptionist sees which appointments were confirmed, cancelled or left unanswered, and offers the freed-up slots to other customers.

01Appointment automation
The business sets reminder times, for example one day and a few hours before the appointment. Confirmations and cancellations are written to the appointment record, and a cancelled slot is freed on the calendar.
02WhatsApp integration
Messages are sent through the WhatsApp Cloud API using approved templates. The template text is personalized with the business name, date and time.
03Admin and subscription management
Each business works in its own account and sets up its own users and branches. Plans, message quotas and subscription renewals are tracked on the admin side.
