What is Imelo?

Imelo is salon management software for beauty salons to track appointments, session packages and staff commissions. The client's card shows the package they bought and the sessions used and remaining.

Throughout the day, reception deducts sessions from clients' packages and records payments. Reminder messages go out before appointments, and at month end each specialist's commission is calculated from the treatments they performed and the sales they made.

Online booking

Clients book by choosing a service, specialist and free time slot. Device and room availability are taken into account, so the same device is never double-booked.

Session package tracking

Tracks the number of sessions in each package sold, sessions used and the validity period. Each visit is deducted from the package and the client is told how many remain.

Staff commission

Set commission rates for treatments performed and packages sold by each specialist. A commission table per person is produced at month end.

SMS and WhatsApp reminders

Clients get an SMS or WhatsApp reminder before their appointment. Clients whose package is about to run out also receive a message.
