What is Medinex?

For practices, outpatient clinics and dental clinics that work with several doctors and receptionists.

Medinex is a clinic management system for appointments, patient communication and daily operations. The patient record, appointment history and treatments are kept in one place.

In the morning the receptionist sees each doctor's list for the day, opens the record of each arriving patient and sends them in for examination. Afterwards the treatment and payment are recorded, a follow-up appointment is booked and a reminder is scheduled for the patient.

Appointment panel

Daily and weekly calendars are shown by doctor and by room. Each appointment's status is updated as waiting, in session or completed.

Patient communication

Appointment reminders, follow-up calls and test result notices are sent by SMS or WhatsApp. Sent messages are stored in the patient record.

Clinic operations

Treatments, payments and consumable usage are recorded daily. At the end of the day, a treatment and payment report per doctor is available.
