What is Ilavu?

Ilavu is clinic software for veterinary practices that handles patient records, vaccination schedules, appointments and stock. Each animal's examination, vaccination and treatment history is kept together with the owner's details.

During an examination, the vet records findings and medications on the card and sets the next vaccination date. The front desk manages appointments, owners of patients with upcoming vaccinations get reminders, and the medications used are added to the invoice.

Patient record and history

Species, breed, age, weight and microchip number are on file. Examination notes, lab results and prescriptions build up on the card in date order.

Vaccination schedule

Combination and rabies vaccines and internal and external parasite treatments are planned on a schedule. Completed vaccinations are recorded on the card and the next date is calculated automatically.

Appointments and reminders

Examination, vaccination and surgery appointments are entered on each vet's calendar. Owners get appointment and vaccination reminders by SMS or WhatsApp.

Stock and invoicing

Medication, vaccine and pet food stock is tracked with expiry dates. Products used during an examination are added to the patient's account and invoiced.
