What is Randevio?
For appointment-based businesses such as clinics, consultancies and salons.
Randevio is an appointment system that combines a calendar, online booking and reminders for appointment-based businesses. Customers pick a suitable time themselves, and the appointment goes onto the relevant staff member's calendar.
The receptionist starts the day with the day's appointment list and adds phone bookings to the same calendar. Reminders are sent before each appointment, no-shows are marked, and freed-up slots are opened again.

01Online booking
Customers book on a web page by choosing a service, a staff member and an open time. Times outside working hours or service durations cannot be selected.
02Team calendar
The daily and weekly calendars of all staff appear side by side. Appointments can be dragged to another time or another staff member.
03Reminders
Reminders are sent by SMS or WhatsApp before the appointment. If the customer cancels, the slot is freed on the calendar.
